There are 4 ways to earn income with HML:

HML will pay you an Initial Sales Fast-Start Commission of $10 on every membership purchased, in the 1st month,
by your Direct Referrals starting with your 2nd Direct Referral.
Your 1st Referral's membership purchase is your Qualifying Sale. See details below.
After your 1st Referral, you can refer as many as you want. There is no limit to how many
memberships you can earn Fast-Start Bonus commissions on.

When you refer your 1st member and they make a membership purchase, this counts as your Qualifying Sale
(which goes to your sponsor as 1-UP commission) qualifying you to start earning the 1-UP Infinity Fast-Start
Commissions. Now each and every sale you generate starts a 1-UP Personal Powerline and pays you a $10 commission
and each of their 1st sales results in even more $10 bonuses for you. This carries down infinite levels for each
of your Personal Powerlines! NO LIMIT to the number of Powerlines you can start!

NOTE:Even though the $10 commissions from your 1st referral sale (your Qualifying Sale) goes to your
sponsor in the 1-UP, you do not lose that referral. The new member still enters your 4x4 Forced Matrix and
you still earn Matrix Commissions from that 1st sale.

Qualifying For Basic Matrix Commissions:
The only requirement to earn commissions up to the 4th Level in our Basic Matrix is
that you must be active with a paid membership of $19.95. You do not need to have any personal referrals
to earn these matrix Commissions!

A SIMPLE GAME-PLAN TO ACHIEVE BREAK-EVEN QUICKLY!
First take a close look at the Pay plan and you will notice that even without sponsoring anyone,
you can earn a really good income. Our main objective for the first month you are a member of HML is that you make enough to cover your
monthly subscription.
Now, carefully consider this: If you sponsor others, we pay you Fast-Start commissions; when your referrals sponsor others we will pay you $10
on their 1st referral and their 1st and their 1st...to infinity! If you do not sponsor others we pay you Matrix commissions in your very
1st month!
PAY CLOSE ATTENTION HERE - THIS WILL BLOW YOUR MIND:
We will do this with an illustration - but first take note of the fact that you can have ONLY 4 on your 1st Level, whether from spillover
or your personal referrals. Whether they are sponsored by you or not...you are in profit!
Let's say that you personally sponsor only 2 out of the 4 on your 1st Level and the other 2 on your 1st Level come from up-line spillover. Let's see how your income begins
pile up. Just from those 2 personal referrals alone you would earn $20.00!!!
Here's HOW:
Your 1st Referral - The Fast-Start Bonus of $10.00 from your 1st referral goes to your sponsor as a 1-UP Fast-Start
Bonus but because that 1st referral falls on your Level One, you ALSO earn Matrix Commissions of $5.00! Total earned by sponsoring ONE = $5.00.
Your 2nd Referral - The $10.00 Fast-Start Bonus from your 2nd referral comes to you PLUS, because that 2nd referral falls on your 1st Level, you ALSO earn
Matrix Commissions of $5.00. Total earned by sponsoring your 2nd member: $10.00 + $5.00 = $15.00. Add it ALL together - Matrix Commissions $5.00 + $5.00 + Fast-Start Commissions $10.00 = $20.00 = BREAK-EVEN POINT!
What about the other 2 members (from upline spillover) out of the 4 on your 1st Level? Well, you earn Matrix Commissions of $5.00 on EACH = $10.00!
Let's recap: As you can clearly see, if you sponsor just 2 of the 4 members that fall on your 1st Level,
you end up earning a TOTAL = $30.00!

Even though there are no sponsoring required to earn income in the Basic Matrix as shown in the chart above,
we wanted to provide a strong incentive that would encourage our members to put in effort to sponsor and help
others grow and earn income...and we have done that!
So, for pro-active members (with at least 2 personal referrals), we give you 5th Level Super Bonus Matrix Commissions! Beginning the 2nd month,
you will earn $10.00 on each membership purchased that falls on your 5th level! That means you will
have the opportunity to earn on a potential 1024 memberships on that level!
***These commissions are paid beginning the 2nd month for a very good reason. There is a clear explanation in the FAQs that will help you
understand this unique aspect of the Pay Plan. Please be sure to read it carefully.
